Training to be the director for Maze has been absolutely incredible. A typical day on the road consisted of very little sleep, a few hours of performing to promote the show, lots of Red Bull, a few hours to set-up, a quick dinner, MAGIC SHOW yayyyy, an hour or two to tear down, take pictures, smile, maybe get some fast food, and then call it a night somewhere around midnight or 1am just to wake up for a flight or call time anywhere between 4 and 8 am. I'm not complaining.
We had back to back shows at different Universities in Indiana and then I stayed an additional week in Indiana to train with their current director. The entire experience was incredible. I've learned so much about my craft that I had never considered before. I didn't realize just how much goes into a touring magic show beyond simply performing the show.
Constantly looking for magic in everything. This is my journey.
