Perspective. This is what magic is all about folks. Have you ever heard the phrase, “your audience’s (or customer’s) perspective is your reality?” This is the mantra of illusion. Magic is about shaping your audience’s perspective into exactly what you want them to perceive.
Okay…? Well what does this have to do with you?
We’re always concerned with how others perceive us:
“Does this dress make me look fat? Do I make myself clear? Are you even listening to me? How’s my hair? Did she just look at me funny?”
Presence. Most of us are fantastic illusionists- pretending to be what we think people want to see instead of existing in who we actually are. We wake up, dress in our smiles, confidence, and a second layer of skin, and walk out our doors with our heads up high and our hearts down low- just showing the world what we think they want to see. Keeping what’s hidden behind our eyes a secret to the rest of the world.
We are all masters of perception. But what is my point in all of this? Shout your insecurities to the world? No. Well maybe, if that’s what it takes to be free… but really, what should we do?
Why? Because what we truly believe in, truly changes us. And what truly changes us, will certainly change the world. Start believing in love, joy, and peace. And when you leave in the morning, dress yourself with kindness, patience, and humility. This will drastically change your perspective on life. But how will that change the world? Because love conquers all things.
Frequency. Magic, music, dance, and life all flow in similar patterns. They all have a frequency, a spirit, an energy that can drastically change everything it touches. You flow in a frequency that has the potential to change everything you come into contact with. You want to be successful? Start loving people- genuinely. And everything will change for you. Your life has a tremendous impact. You may not realize, but you’re constantly communicating with people and impacting their day either positively or negatively and the ball is entirely in your court on how you want to change the world and with what measure you want to do it with. Love people or fear them. Bring joy or disappointment. Bring peace or confusion.
It’s entirely up to you to be free, loving, caring, joyous, and peaceful.
Your perspective, your presence, and your frequency, can change the world.
Constantly looking for magic in everything. This is my journey.
